You are the bartender at large hotel in a major city. A young man, who appeared to be 21 years of age according to his driver?s license, had several drinks at the bar. On his way home in his car, he had an accident and accidentally hit a pedestrian. Now the family of the driver wants to sue the hotel for negligence, since it turns out the young man was only 20 but using his older brother?s ID.
