The Site Project Report should be presented in an organizational pattern that includes a cover page and three main sections: (a) Introduction and Background, (b) Process Description, and (c) Outcome. Your report should describe how you were able to address the above leadership standards. Documents that explain, support, and authenticate the project must be cited in the report and may be attached to each section or compiled in a separate section labeled Documents. A detailed outline of the report follows:
Cover Page
The cover page should present the title of the project, the name of the author, the primary location, and the inclusive dates of the project work.
Part I. Introduction and Background
The Introductory section of the report should present the following:
- A statement of the objectives for the project.

- A description on how this project will contribute to a positive school culture (ELCC 2.1)
Follow the above instruction and also write about My notes:
- Write an introduction about the school; Name: King Abdullah Academy in Herndon, Virginia- summarize the vision and mission from the attached pictures and find some information from the school website http://www.kaa-herndon.com . The school is a private school supported by the government of Saudi Arabia and has students from preschool to 12th grade, The school separates boys and girls from the 5th grade to 12th grade.
- We have 3 cafeterias in our school one for the elementary school boys and girls together from kg to 4th grade. The second one is for middle and high schools 5th-12th grades for girls only. The last one is for middle and high schools 5th-12th grade boys only.
- I found that all cafeterias do not have any nutrition values, tips and education, and there is no posters or anything for students and there is lack of nutrition education in all the school. I also met with the cafeteria supervisor and he told me that most of the students do not want eating salads and fruits and prefer having French fries and chocolate chip cookies instead.
The elementary school cafeteria:
It just has one poster about what should we eat
Girls cafeteria:
There is nothing about nutrition
Boys Cafeteria:
There is also nothing.
Part II. Process Description
This section of the report should present a step-by-step or phase-by-phase record of the various procedures, activities, and events involved in the project. This description should include how you were able to manage the organization (ELCC 3.1), manage operations to conduct the work (ELCC 3.2) and manage resources (ELCC 3.3) to reach your objectives. This section should effectively inform readers of how the project progressed from start to completion or point of closure.
