Reflection Paper APA Format

Looking at reflection paper from what I learned in the course and how I have applied these concepts in my work place. Two courses that I have taken are: Operational Excellence and Analyzing and visualizing data. Text book material can be provided on request. These two contents need to be mapped to what I do as functional business analyst. The ideal way to approach this paper would be to pick up on few theories from Operation excellence like JIT, Six Sigma and couple of theories on how to present data form the Analyzing data book. Please quote the text book as references.
