I am reminded of the personality test I took at a training for work. It classified us into four categories similar to the three needs in the theory. There was a test of questions, multiple choice. The four categories were color coded for personality types. One for power (someone that has the need to be right), one for Peace (Steers away from confrentation), one for relationship (the need for others to like you), and one for Fun (jokers, never take anything serious). I am the type of person that strives for achievement. I want to reach the top level of success and continue to set new goals once others are reached, but I also like to build positive relationships along the way. agree or disagree within 3-4 sentences
