Minimum 300 word paper on a Constitutional Right being abused through the media

This week we continued our exploration of the U.S. Constitution.

For your assignment, this week, reflect upon your personal life, including time spent at work, home, school or engaged in recreation. Discuss a Constitutional right that you see, experience, or are aware of through the media that is currently being abused. Discuss how or why this right is being abused and what, if anything, can be done to rectify the situation. Avoid hyperbolic examples by being specific.
