When asked by his teacher what has caused this change during the past few months, he tells her of his difficulty concentrating because of the constant voices he hears in his head. Sometimes these voices also keep him up at night, telling him to stab his grandfather to make the voices less angry; he almost did it once but his grandfather heard him enter the room and stopped him.
