Potential Analysis Tools and Methods for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd case study

The ideal inferential statistics to employ while answering the research question would be regression analysis. According to Jackson (2015), the regression analysis is one of the inferential statistics used in many types of research and is essential in evaluating the degree of relationship between two or more study variables. Thus, the use of this analysis tool will aid in the determination of the nature and extent of the relationship of the case study variables. As a result, research methodology we harness the understanding of the relationship of the case study variables. The use of regression analysis in the evaluation of the economic performance of a company enhanced the derivation of an informed conclusion. This assertion rests on the fact that regression analysis identified that there exists a direct correlation between variables such as investing advertisement and marketing strategies with the economic performance of a corporation (Fechete & Nedelcu, 2014). Then, a critical approach in analyzing the issue of globalization and its link with dropped sales in the market while also taking an interpretive approach in analyzing the issue of lack of motivation in the rural areas and the capital nature and services thus mitigating the problem of bumping sales. The first step of carrying out the research will be to determine and define the research question then come up with the methods of data collection and analysis to be used in the research. Data coding involves assigning a number to the participants? responses so they can be entered into the database (Sekaran,2016). The next step will be the preparation of how to collect the data which will involve establishing protocols to be followed, training investigators on the types of questions to ask and even carry out a pilot study to gauge the preparedness of the investigators. Here, databases will be categorized, sort out and retrieved for analysis after which the data will be collected in the field using in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and issuing out and filling in of questionnaires. Next will be evaluation and be analysis of data to make sense out of it and finally, the preparation of the report to be handed over to the company employee who will in turn hand it over to the company to try and implement the proposed solutions and strategies.

On the other hand, the measure of variability precisely the standard deviation would be the adequate descriptive statistic to use in the research. This affirmation rests on the fact that this methodology will facilitate the description of the dispersion of data in a more concise way (Jackson, 2015). Besides, this method would be useful since it would promote determination of the coefficient of variation. This descriptive statistic was employed on a research assessing the importance of business intelligence to an organization. The standard deviation used depicted that there exists a significant variance between the success of an enterprise and application of business intelligence (Rouhani et al., 2012). Hence, the descriptive statistic helped in the sensitization of the need to embark on business intelligence by corporate managers.
