“Business Law” 5th edition by James Morgan

The instructor did not specify his expectations for this research well enough. All the instructor said was “the researcher paper topic will be selected by the student and should relate to the substantive materials as covered by the BLS 111 course (Legal Environment of Management I or Business Law I).” The topic is basically pretty flexible but it needs to be very relevant to Business Law. The textbook that we use is called “Business Law”(5th edition) written by James Morgan. Some topics I found online are Lawsuits concerning sexual harassment (propose ways of avoiding such suits from occurring and methods of educating employees concerning this matter). Sexual harassment in the work place: how both sexes can avoid it? Or Intellectual property law? Employment discrimination? Tobacco industry and lung cancer research? Is death penalty legal? etc. The topic chosen must be a legal topic (business law related topic).
