As pointed out in our lecture last week, we each should be seeking to gain power and influence in our organization. This can be done by developing knowledge and skill to point to becoming an expert. Fostering attributes of friendship can also be effective. Being dependable and reliable and always putting 100% effort is a good way to gain such power and influence.
